If you are reading this you may have just received an urgent request for support in our Argentinean mission. I am amazed at how God is so involved in the details.
Right now the office is working extra hours to get out communication to our partners letting them know of the urgent need to make our final book payment of $5k and to get our ministry associate - our Luke (Gala) who captures all of our testimonies and photography for these events to Argentina, Mongolia and Russia.
As we are preparing all of this communication and Kevin is walking out the door to begin tonight’s meeting, a partner calls into the Florida office with this word from the Lord! Through the marvel of technology I am able to convey this to you from my apartment in Salta, Argentina just moments before I will preach!
Phone call 4PM 5/7/10 from Pastor Harry:
God is causing an impact and an increase in your anointing. You will see more supernatural miracles – a noticeable increase in creative miracles. You are coming under a new rain and wherever you and Kevin go, you will be soaked in a new anointing. This is a confirmation that wherever you all put your hands, you will have a greater authority in Christ. Your hands are authority and your feet are your dominion and great favor of God wherever God sends you. Just like a flowing water.
God is calling forth – money coming and prosperity – what you have been praying today will be fulfilled tomorrow. Don’t grow weary in well doing – love that is shed abroad in your hearts will never fail.
Harry thanks you all for sharing in his life and praying for him and his wife. There is no distance in prayer or in the spirit. “Miracles are the dinner bell of salvation” – Dad Hagin used to say that.
WOW PARTNERS YOU REALLY ROCK! So many times you have responded to the urgent voice of the Lord to either pray or send resource!!! THANK YOU!!! YES YOU ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US AND TO GOD!
We Love YOU!

International travel provides opportunity for God to supernaturally guide us. I have no idea the number of times the Lord has protected us as we have traversed the earth. I know that just recently we flew into Moscow a day or two before the Icelandic volcano (vulcan in Russian) belched and we flew out just one day after the flights resumed from Moscow to the United States. I understand from other passengers that some people came to the airport four days in a row trying to get a confirmed seat on any flight. In Moscow coming to the airport means facing traffic that can take any where from 2- 4 hours to just go a few miles. Hotel prices that average around $350 per night near the airport rose to $800 per night! What an amazing loss of time and resource because a vulcan belched! Yet, Kevin and I passed into Moscow right on schedule for the annual evangelists’ conference where we trained 70 new evangelists, opened up our new conference facility (which still needs more construction), and demonstrated recently purchased equipment for the tent factory! All of this happened as the VULCAN BELCHED across Europe!
It is a fact that we can pass through the fire and not be burned! We can face hardships and know that there is a fourth man in the fire - Jesus! I encourage you to remember that as you begin your work week today, whether you are facing floods, storms or economic hardship! He is there with you and he will make a way where there seems to be no way!
Keep us in your prayers - we head to Argentina in a matter of hours for a city-wide evangelism training and miracle outreach! Remember he is watching over us as we go about our travels!

You’ve probably heard that phrase before but, I must tell you that today I feel like a duck in water! I have this image of a playful duck tossing water on his back and dipping his head in the cool fresh spring water. That’s what I feel like right now, here in Russia. I am speaking Russian fluently (well my version of fluent), eating my favorite foods and ministering to the people I have served for so many years!
This past Sunday, we experienced two wonderful services at the Moscow Good News church. Many people have either called or given us personal testimony of healings that took place during the services. We know that this openness to the things of the Lord is a direct result of the wonderful teaching that takes place in this church each week. Pastor Rick Renner provides a wonderful buffet of sound biblical teaching that lays such an awesome foundation for the evangelist to sow into and reap a bountiful harvest of fresh miracle testimonies.
It was wonderful to see so many families that we have taught, led and encouraged in the ministry over the years attending the Good News Church. What a joy to know this church and to experience the impact they are having on the nation!
I encourage you today to recognize those around you and the special gift they bring to others! It will do you good to spend a few moments and say a prayer, write a note of thanks, or make a phone call and tell someone what they have meant to you, your city or your nation! You never know, your phone call might just be the one that gives someone that extra special lift in life that allows them to do the seemingly impossible today!
Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad. Prov 12:25KJV
A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it! Prov15:23KJV
Your friend from Russia,
Leslie

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season… 2 Tim 4:2 KJV
This second letter written to Timothy by Paul came at a very difficult time in our Christian heritage. Nero had become emperor of Rome. His insanity was wreaking havoc all over the Roman empire. Ephesus, home to Timothy and to the Roman Proconsul had been selected to have Christianity purged. Believers were dying for their faith.
In the above passage, according to the original Greek language, Paul was telling Timothy to be instant (GK. epi-istimi a military term) or to stay at his post. Literally, this military term meant to remain at the assigned position or… we could say at the post God had given him. When you combine this understanding with the phrase in season and out of season (GK. eu-kairos or a-kairos, literally good times or bad times) a clear message of encouragement can be seen. We might say Paul was telling Timothy to be ready at his ministry post whether times were good or bad and obviously times had become very bad!
No matter what state we find ourselves in, whether striving for good, living in times of economic plenty or stretching into new global territories, we are reminded of Paul’s encouragement to Timothy - BE READY IN ALL SEASONS! Serve with a pure heart! Serve with His motivation to do good and not evil! Serve with passion and a commitment to love at all costs! Serve because Christ’s sacrifice motivates us to action!
Remember,
“let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Heb 12:1-3 NIV
In good times and difficult times, we have chosen to stand at our post! Pray for us. This next week, we are training and interviewing 40 new evangelists and encouraging those who have given their lives through the 100 Tent Project!
We Love YOU!
Leslie

Greetings on this Special Easter Weekend!
Before I left Florida for our most recent trips I had opportunity to record this Ukrainian Easter Greeting! I first heard this story about fifteen years ago. It inspired me knowing the price that many paid for the faith in the former Soviet Bloc countries. Today around the world thousands still pay a heavy price to experience what you and I will freely celebrate this Easter weekend!
I hope this story will inspire you to remember the beauty of this special day!
Enjoy the video it also includes a special prayer for you and your family this Holiday!
Ministering in Guatemala!

Wow! It has been awhile since I have written! I am always amazed at how fast time moves - especially as we get older!
Last night we had the amazing privilege to accompany Dr. TL Osborn as he ministered to the Lakewood Congregation. You may better know this church by its Pastor, Joel Osteen. What you may not know is that the Osborn and Osteen families have a rich history dating back for approximately 50 years and the love, hope and faith you see expressed each week through a national TV program have been communicated week to week at the Lakewood church for 50 years. The Osborn and Osteen families have committed their lives to “Loving People in a Hurting World!
As Dr. TL, Kevin and I conversed yesterday we were reminded of a simple Gospel principle that Dr. TL learned many years ago in Uganda. As he looked out onto a crowd which had been ravaged by civil war at the hands of a brutal dictator, Dr. TL had this impression from the Lord, “TL, Do you have more faith in your authority over devils, sickness and disease or in my LOVE for these people and willingness to heal their wounds?”
In my mind, this revelation stands out as one of the most essential principles for ministry! Love is our motivation! Love is our authority! Love authorizes us to heal in Jesus name! Love paid the price for our sin and then told us we could go and do as Jesus had done! Love says he first believed in us! Love says he will never leave us or forsake us! LOVE MAKES ALL THINGS POSSIBLE!
Remember, when the difficulties of life face you it is not the greatness of your faith, your authority, or your talent that are most important! It is His commitment to us demonstrated through LOVE that says, I died for you! I am with you! I will help YOU!
Remember this and you will find that the bumps of life vanish in the site of his loving arms!
Talk to you soon!

So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. Gen 22:14 NIV
On Monday of this week, we completed preparations for a building inspection on the rear of our facility. When Kevin and I arrived at the facility it appeared that we did not have sufficient help for an on-time completion of the work required by the city. As I stood there wrench in hand ready to work it dawned on me that I don’t work with wrenches. I said to the Lord, this is not the Lord I serve. This is a waste of my time and energy. You have always provided. I have been all over the world and you have always sent the laborers I needed. I said a quick prayer and went about my work.
I remember setting up our 5000 seat tent and installing a 50KW generator for the first time for our first Ukrainian Tent Outreach. The American tent master and electrician we had scheduled canceled at the last minute. Kevin and I had no idea how to set-up a tent or run electricity for this football field size operation.
As you could guess, God did not fail me in the Ukraine and I knew he would not fail me this time. As I stood on that property watching and working about 30 minutes later two car loads of spring breakers pulled up on the property. I said to a staff member let’s ask these young people to help us. No reaction to my suggestion. Just a comment their on spring break they don’t want to work. I remember thinking when I was on spring break I always wanted some pocket cash so I made my way to the end of the parking lot and said hey guys you want to help us for a couple of hours and make some pocket cash. Their reaction was a resounding yes - grocery money for the week!
These six young men were over 6 foot tall with shoulders of weight lifters. One of them regularly bench pressed over 300 pounds. What appeared to be a difficult project SUDDENLY began to move with the swiftness of the wind! God had once again answered my prayer! A load that seemed impossible for me to carry became an enjoyable experience with an energetic bunch of young people who were computer engineers and college students! Not only were they strong but smart!
I told these guys - you may find this strange but today you are an answer to my prayer! They smiled and said, yeah this is amazing we were not suppose to arrive until 5pm. We don’t even know how we got here so quickly! We couldn’t check in at the condo across the street until 5 so we thought we would park on your lot while we waited.
Never forget there is nothing too small for God! Get Him involved with your life and recognize it is not always how much money you have but the promise of God that you have in your heart! HE IS AWESOME! WITH HIM ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
I have now renamed my property - in this place the Lord will provide!
ONLY BELIEVE!
Leslie

come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk

The God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. Rom 4:17 NIV
The walk of faith is a learning process. I know that many people believe in the power of a positive attitude but faith is not just a positive attitude. I’ve heard people with a positive attitude say - I deny the existence of this sickness or I deny this reality. I remember a young woman at bible school looking at me and saying. I don’t have a broken leg. I am healed. I was looking at a cast on the woman’s leg. At that moment she obviously had a broken leg. I just chuckled thinking her heart is right she is attempting to exercise a principal that she does not entirely understand. I remember spending a little time instructing her and just a couple of days later the cast was off and in fact she had a manifested healing in her body!
Faith uses our words and our attitudes but faith does not deny current reality. Faith calls on a higher reality. Faith reaches out to the one who took Peter’s hand when he walked on the water. Faith is knowing that regardless of what we see around us we can tap into a greater reality of God’s power in our lives.
Just the other day, someone I was talking to was experiencing symptoms in their body. I heard that old phrase I deny this sickness. I am going to ignore you. Now I understand we can deny sickness the opportunity to enter in or to have authority but, if you are already experiencing the sickness or the problem - denial is not the answer! Connecting with a higher reality is the answer! I suggested to this individual that they get one of my healing books, their bible, or an Osborn book and change their environment for a few minutes and read the healing scriptures out loud.
The power of a higher reality is released as we speak God’s promises over our bodies or situations. Our minds will either agree with the voice of the sickness that is speaking or our minds will agree with the higher reality of Christ the Healer. The greater depth of our Christian reality is experienced when we move from a positive attitude to a positive confession of God’s word in our situations. The choice is ours. The voice is ours and the Victory is Ours!
Give it a try! My friend did and she emerged unscathed from the onslaught of the Norovirus and as she said in her own words - I came off my chair leaping like a dear!
Have a Great Day!
Leslie
For you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall. Mal 4:2 NIV

The strong spirit of a man sustains him in bodily pain or trouble, but a weak and broken spirit who can raise up or bear? Prov 18:14 AMP
Developing a strong spirit should be the daily workout routine of the Christian. How do we go about this? Before I arise in the morning I already have the word of God playing. Often I will switch my player on in the wee hours of the morning just to get my spirit energized with faith and hope. In the quiet moments I hear thoughts that penetrate my sleep and cause me to meditate on areas of my life that I need to correct. Often these are gentle urges from the Spirit of God that help keep my conscience clear and strengthen my heart or confidence before the Lord.
I remember meeting a young man who was an incredibly fit athlete. He was a cross country cyclist and a runner. His body was lean and tight. Yet, something was not right. To his surprise he found a tumor on his body. The doctors of course reacted and pushed him to the brink with fear. We had the opportunity to pray for him and even though the tumor had shrunk considerably in size the doctors continued to push him to have surgery. When they operated they found no trace of the tumor. Yet, the surgery was so invasive he could no longer do the things he loved. What happened? Fear forced him into a decision that cost him severely. His spirit was not exercised in the things of God and when the day of adversity came his spirit was not strong enough to sustain him.
In a day when people are facing bankruptcy, job loss and strange illnesses we must first consider our spirits and strengthen the most important muscle we have in our bodies - OUR SPIRITUAL MUSCLE! It’s not complicated it just requires attention. I submit to you that it is much like physical exercise. You don’t necessarily like it when you begin but after you’ve been on that treadmill for 10 or 20 minutes your body experiences a release of pent up tension and negativity. Spending time in the word initially may not be as fun as watching your favorite television program but as you stick with it you will discover a wellspring of life. A new strength will arise from your midst invigorating you and providing you with strength you did not realize you have.
So what’s the motto - do what it takes at all costs to strengthen your spirit. Become a Spiritual Athlete and be a winner in the marathon of life!
Leslie
Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. Prov 4:23 NIV

It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. Proverbs 25:2 KJV
Each day we can go on a mining expedition as we delve into the word of God in search of the treasures of wisdom and knowledge that can forever impact the world. Thousands of promises lie dormant in the gold leafed pages of the Holy Book. An opportunity awaits us each morning as we arise to meet the new day before us. Words of wisdom and direction lay encased in a book written hundreds of years ago containing wisdom as sound today as it was in the previous centuries.
Each morning you can dust off the gilded edges of God’s word and shine yourself up to meet the challenges ahead of you. A little nugget of Gold… a special treasure between you and God can be tucked away deep in your heart. Only you and God share in this precious experience. A love-fest where cares are exchanged for ideas and burdens are replaced with joy.
Let’s go mining!
Leslie
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
